About

Disc Zoo and the British Disc Golf Association present The Jubilee Disc Golf Open presented by Latitude 64 (43rd British Disc Golf Open), the premier International event of the Year in the UK. After the successful introduction of Disc Golf during 2019 with the inaugural North Devon Disc Golf Open followed up by its sell out 2021 event - The Ultimate Adventure Centre and The Big Sheep are hosting this major championship event.

With a course designed by Charlie Mead and the Disc Zoo Team around the Ancient Badgers Wood, the Jubilee Disc Golf Open can expect to attract top British Players and hopefully from Europe and the USA. For those familiar with the North Devon Open course in 2021 the Jubilee Open will be extended and amended to provide a further challenge for players as an A Tier event. Details will be provided via the website, Facebook event page and App. The Jubilee Open is part of the British and Irish Majors Tour.

The Disc Zoo Team of Nige Williams and Charlie Mead last hosted the British Open at Whitcombe in 2010 and Essex University in 2011 - and have a successful record of putting on high quality tournaments with significant prize money for all Professional Divisions. This year will see the largest sponsorship contribution for the British Open since 2010 and will add to both Professional and Amateur Division winnings!

The Ultimate Adventure Centre offers the most comprehensive range of accommodation, on-site facilities and outdoor activities available in North Devon, with an Ultimate twist. Their most popular activity is the Ultimate Assault a land and water-based assault course that provides a great fun time for all. If heights are your thing then the newly rebuilt Aerial Adventures would be just the thing. A course comprising of high ropes, climbing wall, Jacobs ladder and leap of faith this course is one of the best ways to see the scenery of North Devon.

Accommodation for the weekend will be in shared en-suite bunkhouse rooms, lodges, pods or campsite facilities for tents or camper vans. Food will be served in the newly refurbished lower café. There will be a bar available on-site. The UAC will provide a unique setting for this event. Check out all the details of what to expect at https://www.ultimateadventurecentre.com
